About the Role
As the Business Services Manager, you will lead and manage the team, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing our offerings, strengthening client relationships, and identifying opportunities to scale our services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and manage the Business Services team, ensuring efficiency, quality service delivery, and high performance.
Recruit, mentor, and support team members through learning & development programs, performance management, and career growth strategies.
Oversee payroll processing and corporate administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Serve as a key local leader, driving business development opportunities in London and beyond.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, encouraging professional growth and employee engagement.
Work closely with senior leadership to expand our Business Services offerings and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring our services are clearly communicated and valued.
