Our client, a specialized programmatic advertising agency focused 100% on digital media buying is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business growth and build lasting client relationships. In this role, you’ll identify opportunities, uncover client needs, and position their digital marketing and technical solutions as the perfect fit. You’ll work closely with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and own the full sales cycle—from outreach to close. This role will work closely with the CRO to drive revenue growth, and will require a self directed individual. This role will support the cRO in future growth, in terms of building teams as the growth scales.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and source new clients through outreach and networking
- Discover client goals and challenges, offering consultative solutions
- Build long-term relationships and ensure smooth hand-offs to account teams
- Collaborate on proposals tailored to client objectives
- Manage your pipeline to hit revenue targets
Skills:
- 4–6 years in sales or business development (digital marketing/tech preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect, pitch, and close new business
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Programmatic advertising experience is a plus

This is a hybrid role, 3 days/week in their Vancouver office. First 3 months of onboarding are fully in-office for training purposes. As part of the assessment process you will be invited to join for a full paid day, also giving you a chance to see what a day in the life of our customer looks like.
